From the container frame to sea worthy packing. Some impressions during the process of manufacturing.
A test run for producing flour and semolina of maize was a full success. This CMS 350 was built in 2003 and still shows an extraordinarily performance with over 90% extraction rate! This mill was used for research purposes in house and will now be operated by a customer in Guinea/West Africa. Quality "Made in Austria" lasts forever!
CMS took part at the High Level EU-AFRICA Forum in Vienna on the 18th of December. Hundreds of high delegates from the whole world, but especially from the African continent were listed as participants and speachers. A great opportunity to make contacts and start new cooperations!
The hightech and brand new automatic water dosing unit allows automation to a highest level. The precise watering of the grain kernels to 16,7% enables to increase the extraction rate of flour and reduces personell costs and water consumption. Additionally the CMS milling plant can operate 24/7 fully automatically.
Harvest in our region in Austria is in full operation and the quality as well as the quantity of the grain is extraordinarily high! Our CMS 900 is permanently operating, in order to provide storing capacity in the silos. Thanks to our regional farmers, who are working 24/7, CMS and its sister company, the Dyk mill, are able to produce excellent flour!
CMS made a test run on soybean hulls for a customer. The result was very satisfying. The used machine was a patented CMS Desintegrator (rotor/stator version). For stock farming, the hulls have to be milled to reduce the volume. The capacity is about 400kg/h on a 7.5kW motor.
