Ok. We must admit that we were not the first company to build a mobile mill. But we developed it a little bit further. This picture shows a mobile mill from the 17th century. It was moved and operated by horses and probably produced whole meal flour for war zones. CMS nowadays builds mobile mills on trucks with a capacity of 350 - 900 kg per hour and with an extraction rate of white flour up to 82%.

Today we made a test run for milling kidney beans to whole meal flour. The beans were pre-crushed, pneumatically transported to the patented CMS pin mill and sifted. The endproduct is very satisfying! Kidney beans have many advantages: 24% protein, 21% fiber, almost no fat and a lot of magnesium!
The Ambassador of Kenya in Austria visited our headquarter in Raabs and it was a pleasure to show him our CMS mills operating, our own water power station and a restaurant from the year 1481 in Raabs. Kenya has a huge potential when it comes to agriculture. CMS is looking forward to realize projects in this interesting country.
