The hightech and brand new automatic water dosing unit allows automation to a highest level. Additionally the CMS milling plant can operate 24/7 fully automatically.
Harvest in our region in Austria is in full operation and the quality as well as the quantity of the grain is extraordinarily high! CMS made a test run on soybean hulls for a customer. The result was very satisfying. The used machine was a patented CMS Desintegrator (rotor/stator version). For stock farming, the hulls have to be milled to reduce the volume. The capacity is about 400kg/h on a 7.5kW motor.

Ok. We must admit that we were not the first company to build a mobile mill. But we developed it a little bit further. This picture shows a mobile mill from the 17th century. It was moved and operated by horses and probably produced whole meal flour for war zones. CMS nowadays builds mobile mills on trucks with a capacity of 350 - 900 kg per hour and with an extraction rate of white flour up to 82%.
